National Republican Campaign Committee
The NRCC is a political committee devoted to increasing the number of Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives. The NRCC's origins date back to 1866 when the Republican caucuses of the House and Senate formed a "Congressional Committee." The NRCC is governed by its chairman, U.S. Rep. Tom Emmer of Minnesota
The NRCC leadership works closely with House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy and other members of the Republican Caucus. Support of the NRCC was conducted through the McCarthy Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee composed of Leader McCarthy and the NRCC.
